Hello fellow gamers. In the spirit of Halloween, I'm running a special D&D 5th monster campaign starting at 6 on Thursday, October 30 at Black Moon Games. The plan is to turn the typical campaign on its head - everyone plays beasties (any non-humanoid monster in the D&D Monster Manual) and face off against NPC heroes come to slay you. Here is a description of the campaign:
A mighty adventuring party has killed an ancient dragon. They took as much of his hoard as they could, but had to leave much behind. Having completed their quest, they depart the land. Now the territory is free of evil, and word has spread to many displaced beasts that they might claim it for their own. Several have come, from far and wide, to do just that, leaving a swath of destruction in their wakes (some more so than others). In vying for the right to the territory, each has carved out a swath for themselves, but none have managed to conquer the whole. These beasts have destroyed several villages in their attempt at conquest, and news of this has reached the ears of the departed adventurers. Now the adventurers have returned to vanquish the new evil of the land: you.
I'll have a variety of pre-gens ready to go so we can jump right into the story, but if you want to play a particular beastie, feel free to message me about it. Sorry, young red dragon is already claimed.
