Siege: Heart of Darkness, a multiplayer set for the L5R CCG in which players use preconstructed decks to either support or defend against the Dark Naga's attack on the Second City, will be coming out soon. The main storyline event associated with it is going to be at GenCon, but AEG has also announced one for local game stores: www.l5r.com/2014/08/01/siege-heart-darkness-wrath-ningyo-update/Tony has said he intends to carry Siege, and I was wondering if there's any interest in holding a storyline event at Black Moon. I would play in this...multi player L5R was a favorite of mine. As long as it is on a day I can make it to the store...count me in! (Warning I will be supporting the Dark Naga! )

Hey I picked this up at the store yesterday. Tony says a few went out...so I know there are others out there! We need to set up a time to play this.... I am personally busy the next two weekends. But most Sundays after that (Sep 28th into October) work for me. I can also plan on a weekday evening with enough notice. Anyone else....? I know Kevin is interested.... So lets find a good time to get this event going! Thanks Rod

I can make it to the store pretty much whenever. Only weeknight I'm not available is Wednesdays because of D&D. Sounds like either a weeknight or Sunday would probably be best.
One thing we need to think about in terms of format is whether we want to allow people to use their own decks or restrict it to the preconstructed ones that come with the set (which, for those who don't know, are Mantis, Phoenix, and Scorpion, in addition to the Dark Naga). I don't have a particular preference.

I would think we would need to keep the Dark Naga deck as is...it is the seige deck. I have not actually had a chance to look at it yet, but it would seem it at least needs to be used. My preference would be to use the decks in the set for the first go...then maybe tweak them or use other clan decks?
